Electrical Testing Equipment

Our electrical testing equipment is designed for accuracy and reliability. We offer High Voltage AC/DC Testing Kits, Primary Current Injection Testing Sets, and Ohmmeters, alongside advanced tools like the Transformer OLTC Diagnostic System, all essential for maintaining electrical system integrity across industries.

High Voltage AC / DC Testing Kits
High Voltage Testing is essential for assessing the insulation strength and performance of electrical systems, ensuring reliability and safety by simulating real-world conditions. A typical testing set includes a high voltage transformer for precise voltage control, a user-friendly control system, and safety features like double grounding and fast blow fuses. Available in various ratings from 25KVAC to 200KVAC and 15KVDC to 300KVDC, our customizable test sets include resin cast dry-type transformers up to 50KV and oil-filled transformers for higher ratings.
Primary Current Injection Testing Sets
A primary injection test set is essential for evaluating electrical protection devices by injecting high current into the primary circuit. This ensures reliable operation during fault conditions. Key components include a high current transformer, control panel, and test leads. Rated between 500A and 3000A at 5V, it is used for circuit breaker and relay testing, as well as system commissioning and maintenance.
Transformer OLTC Diagnostic System
The PKR-2 and PKR-2M are designed for non-demountable diagnostics of OLTCs using the DRM method. They measure current amplitude to assess OLTCs with current-limiting resistors, offering real-time oscillography and circular diagram recording. These devices are equipped with a touch screen, built-in memory, and USB connectivity, providing convenient storage and analysis for transformer diagnostics.
